As the Assistant Manager in this fast-paced high-volume business, your days will be spent supporting the Store Manager and delivering sensational customer service standards. We are seeking applications from candidates with retail management experience where you have proven the delivery of an exceptional client experience, have worked with huge volumes of stock and where you are confident managing 10+ teams at any time..

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to support Store Managers with day-to-day operations
• Experience in stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation
• Strong background in driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Confidence in team supervision, staff training and rostering
• Exposure to cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Ability to manage the store independently when required (Acting Store Manager duties)
• A great culture fit, positive and to-do attitude
