About the role

As the Store Manager for Pizza Mate Est2023, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new Kenmore, QLD location. In this full-time position, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store, while fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate pizza enthusiasts

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great dining experience for our customers

Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Collaborate with the regional management team to drive business growth and profitability

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management role within the retail or food service industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis

Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
