Strong leadership skills — able to support, guide, and mentor other roofers

Experience using job management systems like ServiceM8

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

A reputation for high-quality work — no shortcuts, ever

White Card

Valid Australian driver's licence

Working at Heights certification

Own reliable tools and equipment
