The Opportunity

We're expanding our Commercial & Government team and seeking a Recruitment Consultant with the drive to succeed in a competitive yet high-integrity environment. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients while proactively engaging new business opportunities. Through strategic phone-based outreach, you'll grow your client portfolio and build a strong, active desk. You will also attend client meetings to convert prospective clients into regular users of our services, ensuring a seamless and professional introduction to our recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders
• Conduct candidate interviews, and reference checks
• Source and appoint temporary & permanent placements across multiple client accounts
• Maintain compliance and HR documentation
• Contribute to management reports & business strategy
• Participate in team target delivery and business growth activities

About You:

• 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or related sales-based environments
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or Commerce (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially minded, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and working under time pressure
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilient, and results focused
