1. Early Childhood Teacher + Educational Leader/ $41.88 – $59.10 + Educational Leader Allowance

Are you ready to combine your love for teaching with your leadership potential? We're looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to step into a dual role as an Educational Leader. You'll inspire young minds while guiding and mentoring fellow educators in best practice.

What You'll Do:

Lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF

Mentor and support educators through effective programming, reflection, and documentation

Work alongside the Centre Director to ensure compliance with NQS and regulatory standards

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community

What You’ll Bring:

ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor or equivalent)

Prior experience as an ECT and/or Educational Leader (preferred)

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child development

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certificates

2. Part-Time Educator (22.5 hours/week) $29.89 – $33.65
