As demand for solar continues to soar and more Australians demand Australian Made quality, we have more leads than we can handle. We’re expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Residential Salesperson to help homeowners make the switch to sustainable energy.

About the Role:

As a Residential Salesperson, you’ll be the face of Tindo Solar, helping customers understand the financial and environmental benefits of our premium solar systems. You’ll consult with homeowners, assess their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions that reduce their bills and carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on residential solar leads (100% inbound)

Conduct in-home, virtual or phone consultations with potential customers

Present and explain Tindo’s solar system solutions in a compelling way

Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales efficiently

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Stay informed on industry trends, incentives, and regulatory changes

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential sales (solar, home improvements, or similar industries) preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Tech-savvy with basic understanding of solar systems (training provided)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based)
