Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of staffing services. Our people are employed on a casual basis across a wide range of industries.

Our client is the leading brand of plasterboard in Australia, and they are looking for experienced forklift drivers to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in Bayswater North. Our client is currently seeking day shift employees to commence 6am starts Monday-Friday.

This role will involve operating the counterbalance forklift loading plaster sheets of different lengths onto trucks for pick up. The role will also involve assisting tradespeople that come through for orders for pick up and picking orders as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent communication and customer service to customer coming through the store
• Operating the counterbalance forklift to move plaster boards around site
• Operating Tugger
• Loading and unloading customer vehicles
• Forklift duties include loading/unloading, moving stock and plasterboards around

To be considered for this role, you MUST:

• Have at least 12 months counterbalance forklift driving experience with a valid LF licence
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great attitude, communication skills and initiative skills
• Physically fit to lift to 25kg when required
• Have reliable transport
• Happy to work 80% Forklfit driving and 20% Manual handling/Customer service/Tugger operation
• Available to work on day shift 6am-3pm Monday-Friday
• Able to pass a Pre-employment medical
