About the role

We are seeking a Motorcycle Instructor to join our team at Allstar Motorcycle Training Pty Ltd in Dandenong South, VIC. As a casual Motorcycle Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality motorcycle training and assessment to our students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to ride safely on Australian roads. What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive motorcycle training sessions, both theoretical and practical, to students of all skill levels

Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their riding abilities

Maintaining detailed records of student progress and assessment results

Ensuring all training equipment, including motorcycles, are well-maintained and in safe working order

Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Providing a positive and encouraging learning environment for students

What we're looking for

A valid full Victorian motorcycle licence with a minimum of 3 years riding experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and teach students of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and address any issues that may arise during training sessions

A passion for motorcycling and a genuine desire to share your knowledge and skills with others

Certificate IV in Training & Assessing
