The Fleurieu Milk Company is looking for an early morning Production Cleaner, 4 shifts per week, some weekend work required.

Core requirements will include:

Thoroughly clean and sanitise cold rooms and dry storage areas, machinery, and equipment according to the daily and weekly cleaning schedules. with consideration HACCP and OHS guidelines.

Follow HACCP guidelines

Support with GMP housekeeping

Must be reliable and punctual

Committed to food safety

The successful candidate will have:

Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing or dairy processing environment (preferred).

Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.

Ability to follow instructions, cleaning schedules, and SOPs precisely.

Physically fit – role requires standing, bending, lifting, and handling cleaning equipment for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays (depending on roster).
