You will be working full-time in our friendly modern office along Goulburn Street in Sydney (near the District Court and the Personal Injury Commission). We are a short walk from both Central and Museum Stations.

The Role

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Workers Comp / Common Law / Work Injury Damages Team. A lawyer who can work autonomously and also be part of our team.

You will be part of a well-managed and successful team and will be working alongside other very experienced solicitors and their teams.

Your Duties

Your focus will be running WC/CL/WID cases in NSW, and meet the KPIs. The fees budget for this role is $1.5M per year. Bonuses apply post-budget.

About You

We require someone with years of experience as a WC solicitor. More experienced candidates like Senior Associates and Special Counsels are strongly encouraged to apply.

Your years of experience in litigation and running a busy personal injury practice will be highly regarded. We require someone with exceptional communication and drafting skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We will train you with our computer system (Worldox, Open Practice, Affinity, LexisNexis AI). Excellent precedents are in place (Lawdocs, Softdocs) and we use the latest systems with in-house IT staff.
