About the role

Complete Pest Control AUS is seeking a full-time, qualified Pest Control Technician to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As our Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role that will see you working both in the field and collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Performing comprehensive pest inspections and assessments at client properties

Developing and implementing tailored pest control strategies to address identified issues

Safely and effectively applying a range of pest control treatments, including the use of chemicals and other integrated pest management techniques

Providing clear and informative feedback to clients on the status of pest issues and recommended actions

Maintaining detailed records and documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in pest control - Pest Management Technician (PMT) Licence + Timber Pest Management Technician (TP) Licence

Minimum 2 years' experience as a pest control technician, with a strong understanding of integrated pest management practices

Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements for the pest control industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving

A valid driver's licence

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
