About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, loading, and dispatching orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and safely

Perform safety checks during picking, packing, and loading processes

Wrap and package sleeper products appropriately

Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks with care and efficiency

Conduct steel-cutting duties with precision

Perform product stock rotations as per Managements instructions

Unload and check incoming deliveries

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized yard

Prepare and refurbish display frames as needed

Follow all safety protocols and perform other duties as directed by management

Essential Requirements

Valid LF Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence)

Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting

Strong understanding of warehouse and yard operations

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills

Commitment to safety and customer service

To be successful in this position you must be available to work Full Time Monday to Friday.
