Industrial Electrician - FMCG | $160k OTE

Join a leading manufacturer in the fast-paced FMCG sector, operating in a state-of-the-art production site. We're looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support ongoing operations and maintenance across a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical maintenance, breakdown response, and preventative repairs across production equipment
  
• Troubleshoot and fault-find PLC-controlled systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar)
  
• Perform modifications and improvements to automation systems to enhance performance and reliability
  
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic
  
• Ensure strict compliance with WHS procedures and safe electrical practices
  
• Assist with electrical commissioning of new equipment or upgrades
  
• Liaise with engineering and production teams to minimise downtime
  
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS for all maintenance activities
  

What we're looking for:

• Trade qualified Electrician with a current NSW Electrical Licence
  
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (FMCG or similar highly regarded)
  
• Strong knowledge of PLC fault finding and basic programming (Siemens/AB/Omron)
  
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
  
• Familiarity with conveyors, packaging lines, motors, sensors, VSDs, and automation equipment
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
