360 Personnel is currently seeking reliable General Labourers with a valid forklift license to join our growing team in Carole Park. These are hands-on roles within the manufacturing and warehousing sector, offering stable hours and a great team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating forklifts to safely move and transport heavy steel components

Hand-wiring and preparing steel products for processing

Strapping and securing materials for transport or treatment

Manually handling and moving lightweight steel parts as required

What’s On Offer:

Full-time hours: Minimum 38 hours per week + regular overtime

Shift options:

Morning: 5:00am – 1:00pm

Afternoon: 1:00pm – 9:00pm

Weekly pay with great hourly rates + penalties

Supportive team with consistent, ongoing work

What You’ll Need:

A current and valid forklift license

Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg

Willingness to perform general labour and machine operation

Own reliable transport

Full PPE (steel cap boots & hi-vis)

A positive, reliable, can-do attitude
