Community Living Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated female Support Workers to join our team on a casual in Murray Bridge and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.

What you'll be doing
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
Facilitate meaningful social and recreational activities to enhance clients' wellbeing and community engagement
Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans
What you'll need to have
A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including passive overnight shifts
