The perfect candidate may have permanent form work (panel) installation experience however anyone with a building/carpentry/bricklaying background will easily adapt to this fast-moving industry.
An eye for detail and ability to read and interpret plans are a must as well as an ability to independently manage your own projects.
The role of Foreman -Permanent Form Work will manage, direct and lead the following tasks:
- Delivery and set out of panels from survey marks
- Install floor track
- Lifting Panels into place
- Finish panels- glue, screw, brace
- Wall straightening
- Installation of Horizontal steel
- Capping and patching panels
- Installation of vertical steel.
- preparing for core filling
- Core filling walls.
This role will also order the above materials as well as plan the level by level builds.
Reporting and leadership is key to success in this role.
This is a varied role that includes several facets within the construction industry.
