The Picker Packer is an important link in the company supply chain for maintaining standards of delivery to our Customers. Our customer rely on our accuracy to ensure their production runs efficiently and so our approach to stores activity is focused on making good internal decisions and promoting accuracy from our team at all times.

You will be responsible for the efficient management of stocks whether picking orders or locating stock within the warehouse. The position requires on time delivery targets are kept and customer requirements are met. The ability to work under pressure and communicate at all levels is extremely important as is the ability to work as part of a team to enhance our service to our customers.

You must have an enthusiasm for the task in hand and a willingness to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage & keep accurate records of all inwards and outwards goods

Receiving and scanning goods and checking against orders

· Inspecting for damage

· Rotating goods around the warehouse

· Assisting with internal stocktake

· Unpacking deliveries/checking deliveries

· Stocking shelves

· Stacking bulky goods safely

· Picking goods from shelves and recording their movements

· Packing and sending orders to customers

· Data entry and paperwork
