About Us

Assisi Aged Care (Assisi) is a residential aged care service, located in the leafy north eastern Melbourne suburb of Rosanna. It was established as a not-for-profit religious and charitable organisation for Melbourne’s elderly Italian community predominantly of the Catholic faith. Assisi is close to public transport and 30 minutes from Melbourne's central business district.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable individual who is interested in joining a motivated and committed team to provide high standard of environmental cleaning upholding strong infection control practices. The role is permanent and ongoing, part time, 5 days a week, 50 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm. Preferred candidates will have some prior cleaning experience, however on the job training will be provided. Our ideal candidate will have permanent work rights in Australia, a passion for cleaning and be comfortable working in an aged-care environment.

Ability to plan and manage workload and adhere to time frames

Effective interpersonal skills and ability to positively engage with people of all ages
