About the Company:
Our clients are national organisations, and they are experiencing massive growth due to delivering outstanding service to their clients, which means they have been awarded more contracts and work.

We are now looking for AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapists to join their highly successful team! You will be part of a national team where you will have lots of support along with the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team environment and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.

The Positions:

We have the following opportunities available around Sydney:

OT - Community NDIS:

• Diverse/Mixed caseload working with clients who have disabilities
• Local caseload - close to where you live with hybrid WFH options
• Conduct assessments, interventions, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations within your discipline & scope of practice
• NDIS and progress reporting which can be done from home with all administration

OT - Occupational Health/Rehabilitation:

• Supporting individuals on their 'Return to Work' journey
• Adult only caseload - combination of being both clinic and community based
• There will be a lot of case management along with clinical work
• Advocating for your client and liaising with the employer, broker, insurer, multidisciplinary team and more

What we're looking for:

• AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• A current valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Familiar using 'evidence-based' and 'person centered' approaches
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain these
