We’re currently seeking experienced and committed Gatehouse Security Officers to join our growing team at key freight and logistics sites located across Sydney, including the CBD, Minchinbury, Botany, and Kemps Creek.

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented security professionals to work in outdoor, high-traffic freight environments, including around semi-trailers and B-doubles. This is a physically active role suited to officers who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operate gatehouse systems to manage vehicle access and egress

Cut and apply freight seals to trucks

Open and close semi-trailer doors (as needed for security checks)

Conduct hourly external patrols and fence-line inspections

Complete logs, incident reports, and basic computer-based tasks

Respond promptly to any unusual activity or site breaches

Work collaboratively within a multi-officer team

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must:

Be available for full-time or part-time work. Availability must be flexible to meet the needs of the site.

Hold a current Security Licence and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)

Be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions

Be comfortable wearing safety boots and a high-visibility vest (PPE required)

Be comfortable working around heavy vehicles (e.g., semi-trailers, B-doubles)

Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Be confident using basic computer systems and completing written logs
