Structured 12-month development plan with weekly 1:1 mentoring, treatment coaching, and case reviews

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of senior clinicians who back each other 100%, share ideas, and collaborate to get results. We work with a mix of weekend warriors, CrossFitters, lifters, runners, and professional athletes — so if you love working with active people, you’ll fit right in.

👀 What We’re Looking For

A qualified and AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Someone who genuinely loves working in sports and performance

Strong communicator who values teamwork and professional growth

Interest or experience in manual therapy, dry needling + strength-based rehab

Willingness to contribute to a vibrant clinic culture — we take our work seriously, but not ourselves

🥇 Bonus Points If You:

Are confident using modalities like dry needling, exercise rehabilitation and soft tissue release (or keen to learn)

Have experience managing private patients and not just DVA, EPC and Insurance

Want to eventually mentor, teach, or lead — we’re growing, and leadership roles are coming
