Best Body is Western Australia’s largest Reformer Pilates provider, with 18 premium studios—and we’re on a mission to help people look, feel, and function at their best.

We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic, and detail-driven Studio Support & Delivery Driver to help keep our studios running smoothly and beautifully every single day. If you love staying active, solving problems on the go, and being part of a high-performance, wellness-focused team — this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground support for 18+ studios, helping us deliver exceptional member experiences by taking care of the practical details that make a big difference.

Studio Deliveries: Transporting stock, consumables, merch, and equipment using a company van

Maintenance & Repairs: Completing small fix-it jobs, Reformer checks, visual touch-ups, and troubleshooting onsite issues

Wi-Fi & Spotify Management: Ensuring all studios are connected, synced, and smooth-running — you’ll liaise with ISPs and Spotify support if something goes offline

Tech Systems Support: Supporting Instructors with Momence.com (our member system), resolving minor user issues, and using Google Sheets to track and manage workflows

Studio Presentation: Making sure every studio looks and feels WOW — from clean skirting boards and healthy plants to working speakers and seamless tech

3rd Party Coordination: Working with external contractors, landlords, and suppliers to get jobs done efficiently

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are fit, hands-on, and love moving throughout your day

Have a problem-solving brain and pride in a job well done

Have basic experience with tools, general maintenance, and light tech troubleshooting

Are organised, responsible, and love making systems run better

Have a valid driver’s licence, full working rights, and are confident driving around Perth

Communicate clearly and confidently with all kinds of people (from Instructors to landlords)

What You’ll Get:
