As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a large-scale construction site. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the movement and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are delivered to the right place at the right time.

This position is essential to maintaining efficiency across the site, enabling construction teams to work safely, effectively and efficiently. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and respond to the evolving needs of the project will contribute directly to its overall success.

Qualifications:

Construction white card - mandatory

Forklift - mandatory

HR License - desirable

Telehandler - desirable

Some Key Responsibilities:

Safe operation of mobile plant.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of construction materials through out the construction site.

Ensuring that materials are handled in accordance with COR and other regulatory standards.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting issues related to the delivery of material throughout the site.

Ensure that equipment used for material handling (e.g., forklifts, cranes, telehandlers etc.) are maintained in safe and functional condition.
Ensure regular equipment inspections (prestart) and report required repairs as necessary.
