Occupational Therapist – Flexible, Supportive, and Dynamic Role with Engage U Support Services

Engage U Support Services is a highly reputable Allied Health Provider based in Brisbane, who is a NDIS Registered Provider, committed to empowering people with disabilities and mental health challenges.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, with the flexibility to shape your work hours around your lifestyle.

About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist with Engage U, you will have opportunities in both clinic or community. Pay rates are typically $95 to $130 per hour depending on experience. We currently have up to 40 participants looking for occupational therapy support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for clients.

Deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional skills, daily living activities, and overall well-being.

Provide guidance and education to families and caregivers.

Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals, educators, and support staff.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Australian residency or valid working visa.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong passion for working with young people and individuals with disabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, but also as part of a multidisciplinary team.

High level of organization and time management.

Compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach.

Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
