Noble Steel Framing is actively recruiting a carpenter.

Tasks Include:

1. Reading of architectural drawings and steel installation drawings.

2. Follow the customer and supervisor’s directions to plan and measure the job.

3. Select and order material required for the job.

4. Prepare, measure, cut and make materials such as wood, steel or other construction materials according to design requirements.

5. Measurement, material marking with rule, chalk, tape measure and pencil, Join using nails, screws, plugs, or glue the material.

6. Installation of Wall frames and partition steel framing along with floor joint steel frames.

7. Checking of Structural steel and installation of windows and moulding.

8. Installation of roofing frames and other structural equipment such as Wall ties

9. Removal of damage and replacement of damaged framing parts

10.Assemble steel frames and perform quality control check.

11.Ensure the work is conducted in accordance with the BCA specifications.

12.Conduct site Checks to ensure complete steel frames sit on the markings as per drawings.

Qualifications and other requirements

1. Must hold a Certificate III in carpentry.

2. Have 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Current Driver's License.

4. Able to work safely at heights

5. Elevated Work Platform EWP Desired

6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

7. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
