About Us: Established in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 2017, Highgrade Personnel operates out of offices in Kalgoorlie and Perth, serving both our Kalgoorlie residential and FIFO workforce.
Position: ROM Loader Operator – FIFO
What's on Offer:
Immediate Start – Rapid Mobilisation
Provided PPE
Flights from Perth to Kalgoorlie
DS 8:6 / NS 7:7 Roster
12-Hour Shifts
$50 -$ 55ph + Super + Weekly Pay Cycle
Point of Hire: Perth
Role Responsibilities:
ROM Loading – Operating CAT 980 / 992 Loaders
Maintaining Clean & Flat Floors – General Maintenance
Blending Materials as Required
Experience & Abilities:
Proficiency with CAT Loaders (988 / 992)
Prior Experience Working in a Gold Mine (Preferred)
Requirements:
Valid Loader Ticket or Ability to Pass Onsite VOC
Recent Contactable References
Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Medical and LABDAS
National Police Clearance (Within 6 Months)
