3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operator with Slip-sheet Experience & Container Loader/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift Times:

5:00am to 1:00 pm

6:00am to 2:00pm

2:00pm to 10:00pm

Locations:

Erskine Park

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team leaders to meet daily targets.

Load and unload containers using both manual and MHE

Ensure all products are secured and recorded properly

Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18

Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.

Must be an experienced forklift operator.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $37 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
