About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Mackay City Auto Group. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our automotive facilities.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of our showrooms, offices, and workshops
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors on a regular schedule
Clean and restock bathrooms, ensuring supplies are always available
Wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment
Dispose of waste and recycling in a timely and appropriate manner
Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently
Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
A reliable and punctual approach to work
