About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. You will work with participants with complex needs to conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, and reduce the use of restrictive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

Reduce and monitor restrictive practices

Work collaboratively with families, support staff, and allied health professionals

Submit plans to the NDIS Commission

Maintain progress notes and data

Participate in regular supervision and professional development

Essential Criteria:

Must be currently registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission (Core, Proficient, or Advanced level)

Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, or related field

Understanding of PBS and trauma-informed care

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
