What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and implement innovative, engaging learning experiences

Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Assess children's learning and apply pedagogical expertise to inform curriculum decisions

Lead curriculum information sessions and family networking events

Actively engage in professional learning and monthly team meetings

Network with local schools to strengthen transition to school processes and ensure continuity of learning

Contribute to a professional, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) and experience embedding it into practice

Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher

Passion for delivering a quality Government Funded Kindergarten Program

Ability to foster connections with children, families, and the wider community

Requirements:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Blue Card or Exemption Card

Current First Aid and CPR Certification
