Principal Project Manager - Talent Pool Creation

  • Location - Parramatta
  • Grade - Clerk Grade 11/12
  • Salary - $145,378 pa - $168,130 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

As a Principal Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of ICT projects—managing risk, quality, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes that meet organisational goals and standards.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent, critical, and complex projects
  • Manage permanent and ad hoc teams to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Oversee project resources to ensure they are used effectively
  • Develop and implement project plans to guide successful delivery

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications and hands-on experience with project management methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organisational levels
  • Proven ability to manage time and priorities in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Team-oriented with experience in managing people and resources effectively
