We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate and innovative Psychologist to join our team. These are very exciting times for us, and we are looking for the individual who shares the same passion and objectives as us!

Currently a part-time position is available working Friday and half a Saturday, however the position can increase hours and days once the Psychologist is near capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs

Comprehensive knowledge of best practice evidence-based interventions for a diverse range of mental health issues and clientele

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients

Maintain accurate and up to date client records, adhering to ethical and professional standards. Previous Powerdiary experience would be beneficial but not essential

Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological research, interventions, and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the clinic

Develop quality reports for GP’s, NDIS, Schools and various organisations

Conduct groups or workshops when needed

Assist in developing required workshops or education program content

There will also be elements of networking and marketing in the early days

Engaging with stakeholders and relevant agencies

Qualifications and Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Psychology

Registration with AHPRA and PsyBA (or waiting for registration)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, team and stakeholders

Accurate and efficient report writing skills

Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred but not essential

Powerdiary experience

NDIS experience

Experience with BSP’s

Assessment knowledge (ADHD, ASD, etc) or willingness to learn
