About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team at Experienced Office Furniture in Lambton, NSW. As a full-time CNC Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, operating state-of-the-art CNC machinery to produce high-quality office furniture components.

What you'll be doing

• Operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency to manufacture a variety of office furniture parts
• Interpret technical drawings and work orders to set up and program CNC machines for optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal operating conditions
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture production industry
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in the use of measurement tools and quality control processes
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work precisely and efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
