What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting residents with daily living and personal care
• Building warm, respectful connections with residents
• Filling shifts when regular staff are unavailable
• Representing HCA with reliability and kindness

About You

• Minimum 6 months experience in aged care
• Able to cover at least 1–2 morning shifts per week
• Willing to travel to a range of facilities around Noosa
• NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
