Our client is an industry-leading and national food and beverage supplier who is currently searching for experienced employees to grow their team and improve their efficiency as their workload consistently increases. Right now, they need reliable, warehouse staff, ideally with voice-picking experience to join their team of career-driven people who take pride in their work.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Utilising a Voice-Picking Headset to pick and pack orders.
  
• Operating a Ride on Electronic Pallet Jack to traverse the warehouse.
  
• Adhere to all Work Health & Safety practices.
  
• Meet KPIs set out by the management team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this position, you will need:

• Experience voice picking and/or RF scanning
  
• Reliable transport to get to and from work
  
• The ability to take on constructive feedback
  
• Have the ability to safely complete 10kg-12kg lifts on average 700-1000 times a day to meet the job's KPI requirements
  
• Be available to work shifts between 9:30am - 5:30pm and 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday
