IPC Maintenance is currently seeking experienced Carpenters to join our Building and Health Services team. The work is varied and covers many facets of carpentry including second-fix, roof carpentry, joinery, stud walls, flooring and bespoke decorative projects.

The work is undertaken on many sites across Perth including Perth CBD, Fremantle, Henderson, and Kwinana. This role will require some DIDO work occasionally at our Country sites. You must be prepared to spend short periods away from home to complete our Projects.

The following criteria are required;

Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Ability to interpret technical drawings.

High level of safety awareness and compliance.

Full understanding of work permit systems, JSA's, JHA's, SWMS.

White Card and Driver's License

Ability to pass and maintain fitness for work program.

Ability to pass a Police Clearance.

Energy to meet the demands of our environment and time restraints.

You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and work autonomously.

Must have the right to work in Australia.

The following criteria are preferred;

Confined Space Ticket.

Working at Heights Ticket.

Elevated Work Platform Ticket.

DCAC - highly desirable.

MSIC - highly desirable.
