We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Hillcrest office. This is a challenging role that will see you deliver innovative and effective technical solutions to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical advice on complex geotechnical issues to clients and internal staff and deliver best practice consulting services.
• Drive business development and strategies in the Australian market.
• Project manage and prepare proposals.
• Manage, analyse and carry out geotechnical site inspections, investigations & reporting for projects.
• Manage existing and new client relationships and undertake proactive business development activities.
• Supervise, coordinate and review/evaluate activities carried out by less experienced engineers.

• About You:
  
• Relevant degree in Geotechnical, Geological or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of geotechnical experience in civil construction.
• RPEQ status.
• Experience with leading teams and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience writing proposals and tenders.
• Business development experience.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a solution focused attitude.

• Australian driver’s licence.
• Enjoy working onsite and in the office.
