Are you an experienced forklift operator looking to join a flexible team in a busy warehouse environment? HOBAN, in collaboration with a renowned distribution partner, is currently seeking skilled Hi Reach Forklift Operators to join our operations in Melbourne's west.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently load and unload trucks using high-reach forklifts

Accurately manage inbound and outbound freight

Operate RF scanners for pick/pack tasks

Conduct stock movements, cycle counts, and pallet control

Ensure safe handling and storage of goods at all times

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a high-volume warehouse

Valid LF Forklift Licence

Physically capable of manual handling duties

Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

Reliable transport to and from site

Great relationship builder with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Solid understanding of OH&S practices
