Are you a skilled and versatile Skid Steer/ Posi-track loader operator &/or Truck/ Dog Driver with a passion for the construction industry?

PROCON, a reputable Builders Site Clean and Bulk Spoil Removal company, are currently seeking (3) motivated individuals to join our team on a full-time basis based out of either one of our CRAIGIEBURN OR PLUMPTON, yards in Melbourne.

We currently If you hold an HC license, (Road Ranger experience HIGHLY FAVOURABLE but not essential), and are eager to work in a dynamic environment with plenty of overtime opportunities, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maneuver a Truck & Dog combination for the transportation of construction site waste materials and bulk spoil.

Safely operate and maneuver Skid Steer/ Posi-track loader.

Load, secure, and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, and team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and labouring duties.

Requirements:

Hold a valid HC license (Heavy Combination) with a clean driving record.

Possess Skid steer/ Posi-track loader experience and demonstrate proficiency in operation.

Previous experience as a Truck & Dog Driver in the construction industry or a similar field is highly desirable.

Familiarity with builders' site clean and bulk spoil removal procedures is advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Flexibility to work overtime as required. (PLENTY AVAILIABLE)

Road Ranger experience would be advantageous. (AUTO VEHICLES ALSO AVAILIABLE)
