The Role:
We are look for a Scheduling and Administration professional. Steamatic works in the insurance industry providing services including water and fire damage mitigation, mould and meth remediation.
This role is 7:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic chance to join a stable and secure company that values its people in a role that is structured but full of variety.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Entering and Triaging jobs, management of busy inbox to strict KPI requirements.
Scheduling of technicians jobs each day.
Managing information flow into insurance online portals.
Follow policies and procedures and complete daily reports.
Inbound calls from insurance Claims Administrators, insurance Customers, Technicians and general queries.
Dealing with customers needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
Work varying programs and insurer portals.
Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers.
Ancilliary reporting completed to KPI requirements.
Strong general administration experience required.

Key Selection Criteria:
Positive and proactive attitude.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel and Outlook is essential.
An excellent phone manner with clear and concise communication skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and be process oriented.
A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic.
Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s.
Scheduling and /or restoration experience will be well regarded but not essential.
