The role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is interested in working for a practice that delivers professional and ethical financial advice to our clients. As a Paraplanner you will provide support to our adviser team, allowing them to effectively service their current and potential clients with quality financial solutions. The position has a shared responsibility to contribute to the strategies, policies and plans:
- You will provide support to Advisers, allowing them to effectively service their current and potential clients with quality financial solutions.
- Provide guidance on strategy and appropriate recommendations including product in line with the Dealer Group APL and Compliance Policies
- Manage work flow and reporting associated with Paraplanning requests
- Generating appropriate reporting and analysis as available in the Xplan financial planning software
- Maintain and manage turnaround times
About You:
- RG146 compliant, ADFS qualified
- Degree qualifications highly regarded
- A minimum of 2 years direct paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning practice
- Extensive understanding of investment and financial planning strategies
- Knowledge of various tax structures & preparation of multiple entity SoA's.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning software, including ability to collate and maintain technical information in relation to strategies and projections
- Understanding of SoA structures, document templates and relevant technical information required to meet regulatory standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and persuasive style
