Key Responsibilities:

Enter financial data accurately into XERO, MYOB, and other accounting platforms

Maintain up-to-date and organised digital records

Assist with client file management and document uploads

Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

Support the team with administrative and ad hoc data-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data entry or similar role

Experience in an accounting firm is highly regarded

Proficient in XERO and MYOB (required)

Familiarity with Reckon and QuickBooks (a bonus)

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information

Able to work well independently and within a team
