• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
• Motivation to build and foster strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Flexible, adaptable and available for full-time work all hours/days the service is operational unless being considered for casual work
• ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood sector (essential), ideally with babies (highly desirable), with a true passion for engaging with this age group
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training completed within the last 12 months, specifically CHCPRT025 - 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk' (or willing to obtain/renew).
