Labourer/Duct Installer HUGE OPPORTUNITY – START NOW AND NAIL 2024!

We supply and install a wide range of Reverse Cycle, Ducted Gas, Evaporative Coolers and Split Air Conditioners across the ACT and all surrounding areas and are on the hunt for a suitable duct installer/labour.

Our teams work closely together to complete heating and cooling installations in residential homes, you will be required to think outside the box with attention to detail. Multiple positions are available full time or contracting no prior experience required, all training for the position will be done on-site.

The perfect candidate will be someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is highly organised, able to problem solve independently and has the ability to work well as a team.

Here’s what we need from you:

Ideal candidates will have experience, though we welcome applicants without it who are willing to learn

Hold a current Australian driver’s license

Construction Induction Card

Asbestos Awareness Card

Be able to work un-supervised and run your own jobs

Honest and trustworthy and can problem solve independently

Experience with residential or commercial construction work would help

Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch

Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers
