The Opportunity:

Full-time or part-time position

Community-based caseload focused on adults

No paediatric work or school-based clients

Supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team

Ongoing professional development + internal training

Flexible work arrangements to support balance

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting in-home and community-based functional assessments

Recommending equipment, home mods, and daily living strategies

Delivering services to clients with complex needs

Collaborating with other allied health and community professionals

Empowering adults to live more independently and safely

What We’re Looking For:

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to register)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Community/NDIS experience is ideal, but not essential

A genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred care
