We are seeking a part-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Firefly Education Pty Ltd in Kunda Park, Queensland. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our distribution, transport and logistics operations, responsible for picking, packing and dispatching our books and educational products to schools and booksellers across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately

Maintaining stock levels and efficient operations

Loading and unloading delivery trucks

Continuously improving warehouse processes as a team

Complying with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Current forklift licence and driver's licence

Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role (ideally in manufacturing, transport or logistics industry)

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency

Ability to work as a team, and independently

What we offer
The role is part-time and we are looking at starting the successful candidate Monday 4 August. Your hours of work will be 6:30am - 11:00am Monday to Thursday, as Firefly Education is currently participating in a 4-Day Work Week (4DWW) Trial.
