About the Role:
The Clinic Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for the VU Psychology Clinic. It involves recruitment, induction and oversight of clinicians and the supervision of students in practice.
This is a part-time continuing position at an HEP 8 classification working 22.05 hours per week (0.6 FTE), 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) in person. The Full Time Equivalent salary range $110,100 - $123,987 pro rata per annum plus 17% superannuation.
An example of duties you may perform will include:
Managing the day to day clinic operations, planning, strategy and evaluation of the student clinic environment
Organising and assessing suitability of clinic intake referrals for individual and group programs
Arranging and overseeing the clinical supervision of students and undertaking supervision of students within the clinic as required
Liaising with external organisations to address incoming inquiries and promote clinic services

About You:
You will be a registered psychologist with considerable practice experience and preferably endorsed in an area of psychology such as clinical, health, or counselling psychology. You will have leadership capability and experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. You will be actively engaged in promoting the services of the clinic to the local community and passionate about the training of future psychologists.
