Exterior Cleaning Technicians (Noosa + Sunshine Coast)

We’re looking for 1–2 new team members to join our team. 1 senior Operator and 1 assistant.

We do:

Soft washing houses/resorts/shops/schools etc.

Pressure cleaning

Exterior Window cleaning

Gutter vacuuming

Most of our work is around Noosa, but we service all Sunshine Coast.

What we're after:

Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work.

Long Term Staff

Can speak and understand English clearly.

Comfortable working on roofs and ladders

Open driver’s licence required.

MR licence is a bonus—not needed straight away, but will be later to drive our trucks.

Someone who values doing a proper, thorough job—not just rushing.

The Job:
You will be responsible for running your own truck.
Jobs and work orders will be provided, all you need to do is turn up and complete the task safely and thoroughly.

Casual role, averaging 30 - 40 hours per week.

Senior Operator $35/hour starting rate, Assistant $32/hour Starting rate.

Senior Operator rate Increases to $42/hour once you’re trained and working independently (usually within 2–3 months).

Weekend work is rare, but available if you want extra hours.

We have one large retail client that requires overnight work 2 times a year.

Weekend/overnight rate is $66/hour.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (Fridays are usually a bit more relaxed)

All training and equipment provided. The work is not overly difficult or complex. You just need the right attitude and work ethic.
