The Role

We're after a smart, respectful plumber who’s confident dealing directly with customers, solving problems properly, and leaving jobs looking sharp. We do a mix of maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for Canberra locals who actually appreciate good tradies.

You’ll be responsible for:

Residential plumbing maintenance and repairs

Diagnosing and solving issues (not just replacing parts)

Quoting on-site using upfront fixed pricing — no surprises for the customer, no pressure on you

Using ServiceM8 to manage your day efficiently

Keeping your van organised and your notes tidy

Delivering a consistently good customer experience, every time

This role suits someone who takes pride in clean work, is comfortable communicating with clients, and is happy to be the face of the company on-site.

💸 What You’ll Get
