The Role;
Based in Perth, you will oversee the delivery of home care services across Regional WA and Perth Metro. You will play a pivotal role in unifying teams, practice, and ways of working, while advocating for local needs with a deep understanding of the WA context. This is a hands on operational role, that will see you drive high quality care delivery & case management practice, with a strong focus on performance across client experience, employee engagement, clinical indicators, and service growth. The roles requires regular travel across offices in Belmont, Busselton and Albany.

What where looking for;

• Tertiary qualifications in in healthcare, management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability, or age care management
• Ability to work to KPI's and deliver quality services within budget
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams
• Current Drivers' License
